About Madhurima

It has been more than 10 years of extensive experience in Writing and Communications, across Singapore and India.

I don the hat of a ‘Manager – Corporate Communications’ at Future Group (a part of Amazon.com, Inc.’s investment portfolio) where I cater to both, our Internal and External stakeholders across the country. It’s a giant diverse pool of around 80,000 people! I’m constantly working on innovative ideas for strengthening Organisational Reputation/Image.

Right from using creative story-telling methods through crisp marketing campaigns, to writing for the owners and top leadership of the organisation, my challenge is to pick (or even innovate) the right communication mix for a specific, diverse and large audience; one that helps me strengthen the organisation’s reputation and convey some of the top brands in fashion or food or even financial instruments in the most impactful way.

In a day-and-age where we have to constantly align ourselves to a multi-cultural fast-moving work environment, I am a trained Culture Builder for ensuring a Workplace Happiness Culture in organisations.

A professional journey that took off as a Journalist/ Editor for leading media houses like the UK-based publisher ‘Ink Publishing’ and India’s largest national newspaper ‘The Times of India’, eventually saw me as an author of two books that have been available at international bookstores like Kinokuniya Singapore.

With a passion for understanding human behaviour along with a wide experience in a ‘tricky yet humbling’ terrain like Communication, I do believe that the power to achieve extraordinary results for an organisation, through thoughtful communication, is immense!
